He worked in a marketing consulting company where he planned and practiced various kinds of marketing promotional strategies for mainly major manufacturers. In 2005, he joined CyberAgent Investment (current renamed to CyberAgent Ventures). During the past years, he served as an executive board member for a portfolio company, and helped development of strategies and improvement of operations. During 2007 to 2012, he worked on investment and incubation activeties in Japan, and he now serves as a head of Korea operations. He received a bachleor’s degree from Waseda University.

Pierre de Fouquet
Pierre took part, in 1986, in launching the venture and growth capital arm of the French Caisse des Dépôts in the TMT sector, which then became Iris Capital. There, he was in charge of investments in cinema and television businesses, and then more widely in the media sector. Notably, Pierre managed the majority shareholdings in Lumière, a film library and movie production company, and in Coficiné, a bank specializing in TV and cinema bridge financing. He chaired Com-Dev Images, a holding company dedicated to investments in some French thematic channels pioneers (Canal J, MCM, Planète, CinéCinéma…) and was in charge of many other investments.

Jason (Jaesun) Han
Jason(Jaesun) Han founded NexR Inc. in 2007 which was the first big data and cloud computing tech startup in Korea and acquired by KT in 2011. Under his leadership NexR created “icube cloud” in 2009 which was the first public cloud service in Korea and was used by mobile app developers. Jason worked as a CEO of NexR and a tech evangelist for big data and cloud computing technologies. In addition, he has organized Korea Hadoop Community and hosted PlatformDay conference since 2007 which is the most well-known big dat tech conference in Korea. He also organized the Consortium of Cloud Computing Research(CCCR) in 2008 and worked as the first chairman of the board.
Prior to his position at NexR, Jason worked in TmaxSoft and was the first developer of JEUS, a web application server which is the most popular WAS product in Korea. He has served as an adjunct professor of KAIST Business School since 2007 and teaches state-of-the-art IT trends and technologies. he is a proactive advocate of entrepreneurship in Korea and encourages his students to create their own startup.
Jason received MS and PhD of EECS from KAIST and a BA from Pusan National University.

Masahiko is Co-founder and General Partner of Incubate Fund, where he focuses on mobile, gaming, and internet media startups.His most recent successes have been Pokelabo and Gumi, two of Japan’s leading mobile gaming companies. They have both grown from just 2 to 3 people at the time he invested in 2008, to over 240 and 600 employees respectively. Pokelabo, which Masahiko co-founded as the CEO, was acquired by GREE in 2012 for over 170M USD.Masahiko has more than 15 years of experience in venture capital. Prior to Incubate Fund, he worked in a broad range of capacities investing at his own angel fund, Mitsubishi Corporation, Accenture, and JAFCO, Japan’s largest private equity firm. After graduating Waseda University, Shinsuke joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting involved in business improvement and other projects.
On October of 1999, he founded Axiv.com (currently VOYAGE GROUP), which became a subsidiary of CyberAgent in 2001 where he concurrently served as a board member of CyberAgent from 2005 to 2010 managing mainly technology divisions.
The company spun out from CyberAgent in 2012 and went IPO on Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market on July of 2014.
Currently, the company focuses on Internet business such as media including EC Navi and PeX, and ad-tech including Fluct, the largest SSP in Japan.

Pascal Viaud has been appointed French Foreign Trade Advisor (CCEF) through prime ministerial decrees since 2012. He currently serves the Taiwan Chapter of the National Committee (CNCCEF) as President. He is actively promoting “La French Tech” in Taiwan, the startups’ development and acceleration scheme launched in France in 2013.In 2009, Pascal launched his own venture in Taiwan: UBIK, a consulting SME specialized in hi tech innovation, partnership management and cooperation strategy in B2B and G2G. He is currently the CEO of UBIK and EU-Asia Cooperation Expert on several European programmes with Taiwan, the Philippines and North-Asia. Also serving as Asia General Manager of AEPI, the “Invest in Grenoble-Isère (France)” agency, Pascal is actively involved in investment cooperation, focusing on Taiwan and Korea territories in particular.Pascal is a member of the European Chamber of Commerce Taiwan (ECCT) and co-chair of its Technology Committee. He has 20-year working experience in hi tech institutes and companies (NASA-JPL, CEA-LETI, HP, ATMEL, E2V SEMICONDUCTORS, YOLE), including 11+ years based in Taiwan. He is passionate about innovation, disruptive technologies and emerging applications / market development. Pascal holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master Degree in Engineering Management (Physics) from Ecole Centrale Nantes / Paris, France.

Born in 1974 in Kobe, Hyogo in Japan. Graduated from Tokyo Gakugei University. After working at Pioneer and Lead Exhibition, he worked as an executive officer at Drecom, where he contributed to IPO of the company. He started his own company and expanded the business to Vietnam, Through traveling back and forth between Japan and Vietnam, he focused on a way of work without constrained by time and place, which made him establish CrowdWorks on November, 2011. “CrowdWorks”, a crowdsourcing service launched in March 2012 runs business with a mission of providing work style in 21st century under the theme of “local revitalization”, support a new way of work for women” and “global expansion”. The total amount submitted to the service surpasses 11.7 billion yen. Registered members are 180 thousands and customers reach 33,000 including listed corporations.
