He was the CEO of Infocomm Investments Pte Ltd, the venture capital subsidiary of the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore. Kuo-Yi has spent more than 10 years in the IT start-up space, as founder, early employee, mentor and investor, spanning the US and Asia. He was a senior sales and business development executive at Encentuate (acquired by IBM) and Reputation Technologies. He was also a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group where he worked with senior executives in the telecommunications, automotive and financial services industries. Kuo-Yi graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with the bachelor, master’s and doctorate degrees, all in electrical engineering with focus on nanophotonics.
